Developing the potential of the Youth

Youth constitute a vital force essential to the development of any society. Yet, in many regions, young people face unemployment, exclusion, and discouragement. We work to restore their hope and equip them for the future.

We offer structured sports programs, including football academies, sports-study clubs, and interschool competitions. These activities promote discipline, teamwork, and respect, while keeping young people away from delinquency, drugs, and idleness.

Our introductory computer and digital workshops teach young people the basics of computer use, internet navigation, office software, and online security rules. These skills open doors to the digital economy and self-learning.

We also offer vocational training in sewing, carpentry, hairdressing, agriculture, food processing, and more. These training programs are tailored to the local market and are accompanied by internships, start-up kits, and self-employment support.

For young project leaders, we have established entrepreneurship incubators and business management training programs, with pitch competitions and mentoring. Leadership camps, citizenship workshops, and personal development programs strengthen self-confidence, critical thinking, and civic engagement.
